ARTICLE AUTHOR INSTRUCTIONS

EDUSTUDENT: Scientific Journal of Education and Learning

EDUSTUDENT: Scientific Journal of Education and Learning, which is published four times a year, namely in January, April, July, and October, contains writings/articles of thoughts and research results written by experts, educators, scientists, practitioners, and studies of educational disciplines, training of teachers, lecturers, students and learning in the field of education and learning

General Requirements

1. This article resulted from thoughtful study and research on education and learning.
2. The submitted article does not contain any element of plagiarism, has not been published, and is not considered for publication elsewhere. The author is required to write a statement in this regard.  
3. Manuscripts are written in Indonesian, and the maximum article length is 3000-5000 words (excluding bibliography).
4. The article contained in the Article is typed in the format of Microsoft Office Word. By using the Calisto MT 11 font, single spacing on A4 paper. Paper format 3-3-2-2 ( left-top-right-bottom).
5. Before submitting an article to an online submission system, the author must first register by following these five steps.
6. The systematics of the manuscript consists of the title, the author's name with an email to the author of the correspondence, the author's affiliation and national origin, DOI (provided by the editor), abstracts and keywords (English and Indonesian), introductions, methods, results, and discussions, thank you conclusions, and references. Please download the article template.
7. Articles should write the manuscript title in uppercase at the beginning of the word, the middle, the font size is 14 points, and bold. Titles written in Indonesian should not exceed 12 words, and titles written in Indonesian should not exceed one word.
8. The author's name does not use an academic degree and is written with the title of the manuscript. If a team reports a script, all terms must be mentioned. Authors whose names are mentioned are only those who have made significant contributions. Authors' names should be sorted by their contributions to writing the script. The editor will only communicate with the main author/correspondence.
9. Abstracts and keywords should be written in 120-200 words in English and Indonesian with one space. The abstract should contain the title, objectives, methods, findings, discussions, and conclusions of the study. It features 3-5 keywords that describe the substance of the script. Keywords should not be part of the title of the hand.
10. The introduction contains the research background, research context, review of the primary literature underlying the research, and research objectives. Authors are strongly advised to refer to recent articles published by reputable journals over the past ten years. This report should present an introduction in paragraphs with a clear and sharp exfoliation of the state of the art, research gaps, and research objectives. 
11. The research method describes the method used by the researchers to produce the findings. This section should present the procedures for scientific research carried out by researchers. This process also contains research approaches and methods, data sources/population and samples, sampling techniques, instrumentation and data collection practices, and data analysis techniques. 
12. Research findings and discussions contain interpretations based on research objectives. Describe research findings with the purpose or problem of the study. Research findings should be discussed, interpreted, and compared with previous research theories and discoveries. The discussion should show the novelty and significance of the results. The debate is an integral part of the article, so the author needs to give a clear and complete explanation. 
13. A thank you to sponsors or those involved in helping with funding and streamlining research activities. The conclusions contain research findings and a summary of the discussion.
14. The conclusion is presented in paragraphs. Write down the essential findings briefly. Provide recommendations for future researchers related to follow-up research.
15. Manuscripts are reviewed anonymously by reviewers assigned according to their expertise. Authors can revise the manuscript on the recommendation of the reviewer or editor. The author will receive written information about the manuscript's acceptance or rejection.
16. The author is responsible for everything related to permission to cite or use computer software during screenwriting, the intellectual property used, and its legal consequences.
17. Authors should check for and edit errors in language usage, including vocabulary, sentence structure, uppercase letters, and punctuation, before submission. Authors can refer to published articles to adapt their papers to the journal's writing style.
18. References should include recent publications (no more than ten years). Key sources such as journal articles and research reports, including undergraduate theses, master's theses, and dissertations, are welcome. Manuscripts published in accredited national and international journals should be prioritized.
19. Citations, references, tables, drawings, illustrations, statistics, and bibliographic writing should refer to the American Psychological Association Publication Manual (6th ed.) and the APA Style Guide for Electronic Reference. Manuscripts written in Indonesian should be directed to the General Guidelines for Spelling Language Indonesian and the standard Terms.

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
