HUBUNGAN MOTIVASI BELAJAR DAN KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR DENGAN HASIL BELAJAR FISIKA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XI MIA SMAN 1 TINAMBUNG

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian survei dengan teknik korelasi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) gambaran motivasi belajar, kedisiplinan belajar dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik, (2) hubungan motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika, (3) hubungan kedisiplinan belajar dengan hasil belajar fisika dan (4) hubungan motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Tinambung. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 122 peserta didik. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui angket dan tes, yaitu menggunakan lembar angket dan tes objektif hasil belajar fisika. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dekriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian statistik deskriptif (1) skor rata-rata motivasi belajar 112,09 berada pada kategori tinggi, skor rata-rata kedisiplinan belajar 103,73 berada pada kategori tinggi, dan skor rata-rata hasil belajar 11,246 berada pada kategori sedang. Untuk statistik inferensial (2) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan hasil belajar (3) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara kedisiplinan belajar dengan hasil belajar (4) terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan motivasi belajar dan kedisiplinan belajar secara bersama-sama dengan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas XI MIA SMAN 1 Tinambung.

This research is survey that is correlational. The purpose of this study was to find out (1) the describe how much learning motivation, learning discipline and physics learning outcomes, (2) the relationship between learning motivation with physics learning outcomes, (3) the relationship between learning discipline with physics learning outcomes, and (4) the relationship of learning motivation and learning discipline together with the physics learning outcomes of grade XI science students in SMAN 1 Tinambung. The study used a sampling technique with a total sampling technique with a total sample of 122 students. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires and tests, namely using questionnaire sheets and objective tests of physics learning outcomes. The data analysis technique used is decrptive analysis and inferensial analysis. The results of descriptif statistical research (1) are the average score of learning motivation is 112,09 in the high category, the average score of learning discipline is 103,73 in the high category, the average score of learning outcomes is 11,246 in the medium category. For inferensial statistic (2) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning motivation with students physics learning outcomes, (3) there is a positive and significant relationship between learning discipline with students physics learning outcomes, (4) there is a positive and significant relationship of learning motivation and learning disicpline together with physics learning outcomes of grade XI science students in SMAN 1 Tinambung.
