Therefore, this study aims to explore this phenomenon by examining the influence of career adaptability and job satisfaction on job hopping among millennial employees, particularly in Balikpapan City. This research uses a quantitative approach. The data analysis technique employed is multiple linear regression. The subjects of this study are 70 millennial employees in Balikpapan City, selected using purposive sampling. The data collection methods used are career adaptability, job satisfaction, and job hopping scales. The research reveals no substantial impact of career adaptability and job satisfaction on job-hopping behavior among millennial employees in Balikpapan. The findings indicate that these variables only minimally account for variations in job-hopping tendencies. Measurements place job-hopping tendencies, career adaptability, and job satisfaction at low levels, suggesting that employees show a limited inclination to switch jobs, coupled with low adaptability and satisfaction. These insights guide company management toward understanding job-hopping dynamics more effectively. While job satisfaction and career adaptability show little influence, fostering a positive work environment and improving employee satisfaction remain vital strategies for minimizing job-hopping. The study also points to the possibility of other, more impactful factors influencing job-hopping that warrant further investigation.

2024-11-07T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ad'ministrare http://journal.unm.ac.id/index.php/administrare/article/view/4597 Government Efforts to Increase Community Empowerment Through Small and Medium Enterprises Entrepreneurship 2024-10-29T15:37:37+08:00 Andi Cudai Nur cudainur@unm.ac.id
SME development can be done through various government programs and activities, by involving various important elements of entrepreneurship, especially in empowering the community to be actively involved in SME activities. In Medan, the number of electric vehicle transactions at public charging stations (SPKLU) increased by 404% in 2024, signaling a significant rise in interest in electric vehicles. The primary aim of this research is to analyze the influence of trends, price, advertising, and promotions on the purchasing interest of electric motorcycles in Medan City. A quantitative research methodology was employed, with data collected from 351 respondents through online and offline questionnaires. SPSS software was used for data analysis, which included conducting validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and multiple linear regression analysis. In addition, F-tests, t-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) analysis were performed to assess the relationship between the independent variables (price, trends, advertising, and promotions) and the dependent variable (purchasing interest). The findings from hypothesis testing demonstrate that price, trends, and advertising & promotions each have a significant positive effect on the purchasing interest in electric motorcycles. Specifically, an increase in price, trends, and advertising and promotions correlates with a greater interest in purchasing electric motorcycles. The results validate the model used, confirming that these factors play a significant role in shaping consumer behavior and influencing purchasing decisions.
2024-12-02T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ad'ministrare http://journal.unm.ac.id/index.php/administrare/article/view/4784 Administrative Efficiency of The Village Program Shines 2024-11-26T10:12:56+08:00 Anita Febriana nitanugraha1177@gmail.com Tri Yuniningsih triyuniningsih@gmail.com Ika Riswanti Putranti ikariswantiputranti@gmail.com
The Drug-Free Village Program (Desa Bersinar) is a strategic initiative by the Indonesian government aimed at eradicating drug abuse at the village level. The program's urgency is heightened in large cities like Semarang, which face complex social and cultural diversity. Administrative efficiency is critical to ensuring optimal resource utilization and achieving the program’s objectives. This study aims to analyze the level of administrative efficiency in the Desa Bersinar program in Semarang City and identify influencing factors. This research employs a quantitative descriptive approach, utilizing questionnaires distributed to village officials involved in program implementation and in-depth interviews with key informants. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, while qualitative data were thematically analyzed. The findings reveal that the program demonstrates good administrative efficiency, yet challenges remain, including the limited competence of village officials and bureaucratic inefficiencies. The use of information technology has shown potential in expediting administrative processes but has not been fully optimized. The novelty of this study lies in its combined use of quantitative and qualitative analyses to provide a comprehensive overview of administrative efficiency in a village-level drug prevention program. Key recommendations include enhancing human resource capacity, strengthening the integration of information technology, and increasing the frequency and quality of program evaluations. Using a post-positivism paradigm with a qualitative approach, data were collected through document analysis and in-depth interviews with purposively selected communities. Thematic analysis methods were applied to identify key themes in three main dimensions: experience of paying local taxes, experience of using public infrastructure, and expectations regarding local tax policies. The results of the study show that although public awareness of the urgency of taxes for infrastructure development is relatively high, the level of compliance is still not optimal. One digital service such as Samsat Digital Nasional (SIGNAL) has succeeded in increasing the ease of payment, but various obstacles including digital literacy, limited internet infrastructure, and lack of socialization limit its use. On the other hand, the public appreciates major projects such as mass transportation and main roads, but still complains about the inequality of infrastructure in the suburbs and the problem of flooding. Public expectations regarding local tax policies emphasize the importance of transparency, accountability, and public participation in formulating development priorities. These findings emphasize the need for a comprehensive strategy to bridge the gap between awareness of the importance of taxes and factual compliance in paying taxes. Local governments are advised to strengthen the socialization of digital services, prioritize equal distribution of infrastructure, and implement an interactive financial reporting system to build public trust and participation in a sustainable manner. Thus, the capacity of public infrastructure funding through local taxes can continue to be increased, in line with efforts to realize public welfare in the DKI Jakarta Province.

2024-12-30T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ad'ministrare http://journal.unm.ac.id/index.php/administrare/article/view/6378 A Jurisprudential Analysis of the Ammatoa Indigenous People's Legal Rights over the Management of Customary Forests in Bulukumba 2024-12-31T13:59:41+08:00 Ansyaruddin Samad ansarassamad@gmail.com Rifdan Rifdan rifdan@unm.ac.id Irsyad Dhahri irsyad.dhahri@unm.ac.id
The Ammatoa Kajang indigenous community is a group that has lived for generations within the Kajang customary area, holding sovereignty over their land and natural resources, and regulating their socio-cultural life based on customary law and the traditional institution of "Pasang ri Kajang." Customer satisfaction of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment is essential to project success since satisfied consumers are more likely to trust and loyal to contractor. WEGE has experienced client satisfaction issues over the last two years, including subpar job quality and project delays. Occupational Health & Safety and Environment performance data demonstrate the existence of workplace accidents, which must be addressed to improve customer satisfaction and ensure business operations sustainability. Direct survey approach was employed in this study to collect samples from current populations. The population comprises 169 people who are clients of the building construction project, both internally and externally. Utilizing proportionate stratified random sampling with a sample size of 119 respondents, the sampling methodology applies the Slovin formula. Using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) approach, the findings indicated that 79.17% of the total satisfaction was rated satisfactory. The Occupational Health, Safety and Environment report's orderly administration indicator had the largest gap analysis result (-0,24), while the rubbish and waste management indicator had the lowest gap value (-0,59). It is interpreted that the higher the gap score, the greater the priority for attribute improvement. The spider chart's outcome illustrates that relevance of performance level remains higher than it is currently. Specifically, the "Occupational Health, Safety and Environment report administration order" criterion has the lowest value. Consequently, the order of project report administration prior to the project's commencement is recommended as a means of enhancing customer satisfaction with the Occupational Health, Safety and Environment building construction projects aspect.
2024-08-25T00:00:00+08:00 Copyright (c) 2024 Jurnal Ad'ministrare
