The research method used is qualitative descriptive. The types and sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. Meanwhile, data collection techniques are through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study are the Principal, Vice Principal and teachers. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The results of the study show that human resource management implemented by the principal at UPT SMK Negeri 1 Sinjai plays a strategic role in improving the quality of education. The planning process begins with an analysis of the needs of educators and the development of a comprehensive HR strategy. Organizing is carried out through a proportional division of tasks and financial management that supports educational programs. The implementation of the work program follows the academic calendar with selective recruitment and orientation of new educators. The development of teacher professionalism is facilitated through seminars, trainings, and workshops to improve pedagogical competence. HR management evaluation identifies factors that support and inhibit the achievement of educational goals, which have a positive impact on improving teacher performance and learning innovation. In the era of digitalization, in running a business, Content Marketing is needed, especially in attracting interest from consumers because today's consumers are more critical and intelligent in choosing the products they need and want. Therefore, a good and correct understanding of the use of Content Marketing in marketing is essential to be able to help businesses in marketing their products more effectively such as oriflame cosmetic products. This research aims to be able to find out more about the implementation of the use of Content Marketing in product marketing. The research method used in this study is a type of descriptive qualitative research with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques used in this study were by using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis carried out is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study are that the implementation of the use of Content Marketing in the marketing of Oriflame products in Makassar City is in accordance with the flow of the use of Content Marketing in product marketing according to previous theories and research.
