THE RELATIONSHIP OF ARM MUSCLE CIRCUMFERENCE TO THE ABILITY TO REJECT BULLETS IN FIK UNM STUDENTS

Abstrak

The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is a relationship between arm muscle circumference and shot put ability in FIK UNM students. The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between arm muscle circumference and shot put ability in FIK UNM students. This research is a type of descriptive correlational research by connecting two variables, namely the independent variable and the dependent variable. The sample used in this research was 15 people. Data analysis techniques include descriptive statistical analysis, normality, homogeneity, and statistical tests. The results of this research are that there is a relationship between arm muscle circumference and shot put ability in FIK UNM students. The obtained value of R = 0.941 means that the LOLA data is 94.1% of the shot put ability results. with a Sig value = 0.00. sig value < 0.05, it can be said that the data is significant.
