This research is a qualitative descriptive research that aims to find out the Utilization of Information Systems in Handling the Spread of Hoaxes in the Makassar Diskominfo. The number of informants in this study was 5 people, namely 2 heads of fields from the war room and Public Information and Communication fields, 1 CCTV team leader, 1 from 112 operators, 1 from facility management employees. The data collection technique uses observation methods, interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses data reduction techniques, data presentation, conclusion and verification. The results of this study show that the use of information systems at Diskominfo Makassar arises because of the lack of tools needed, namely applications that can connect directly between employees and the community to facilitate direct communication such as applications that have been provided in the past but have been discontinued because the application has a budget. This research can be used as a reference and knowledge about the use of information systems in more depth because unlike previous research that used quantitative methods that focused on numbers and statistics, this research uses qualitative methods that produce more detailed descriptions of information systems</span></div> <p>.</p> Muh. The method in this research is descriptive research. This study aims to determine the optimization of the quality of administrative services at the Takalar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Data collection techniques with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques with data collection, data presentation, data condensation and conclusion drawn. The results of this study show that the quality of public services at the Takalar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office which is assessed from five dimensions, namely, Tangibles, Reliability, Responsiviness, Assurance, and Emphaty has been running in accordance with the expectations of the community, as well as in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) in the service process. This study aims to find out how effective the use of SIA is in employees of the postgraduate program of the State University of Makassar. And whether the existence of SIA in the Postgraduate Program of the State University of Makassar can improve the quality of service to Postgraduate students. Therefore, to achieve this goal, the researcher uses data collection techniques using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis techniques used in this study are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion and verification. The informants in this study are Mr. Muh Alfian as the Admin of SIA, academic service staff, administrative staff and students. The results of the study show that the use of academic information systems (SIA) in the Postgraduate Program of Makassar State University based on the results of observations, interview results and documentation studies can be effectively reviewed from the system input, system output, processes running with the system and the database used. The population in this study is 53 students of the Office Administration Education Study Program. The data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaire and documentation. Meanwhile, the data analysis techniques used are descriptive statistical analysis using percentages, mean and standard deviations, data normality tests, product moment correlation analysis and simple linear regression analysis. The test results show that the indicators of the Organizational Experience variable are in the very high category, while the Work Readiness variable is in the very high category. Based on the results of the product moment correlation test, the influence between the two variables with a correlation coefficient of 0.799. So it can be concluded that there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Experience on the Work Readiness of Students of the Office Administration Education Study Program, Department of Administrative Sciences, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, Universitas Negeri Makassar. The research methods used are qualitative descriptive, interviews and documentation. The implementation of the administrative management function of the Bantaeng Regency BKPSDM has improved administrative performance quite well even though it is not in accordance with what is expected. (a) Planning is recognized by compiling work programs, recruiting employees, striving for a competent workforce and adequate facilities and infrastructure as well as the division of labor in accordance with their respective competencies, (b) Organizing is recognized by the division of duties and responsibilities, preparation and presentation of employee data, mutations and promotions that are recognized in accordance with employee competencies, as well as discipline that must be maintained; (c) Actuating is acknowledged by the way the leadership participates in the process of being involved in the process such as providing direction through coaching or instruction so that the form of filing, correspondence, disposition, and SKP can be implemented properly; (d) Supervision/Controlling is recognized using e-performance applications. The supporting factors for administrative management to improve the administrative performance of the Bantaeng Regency BKPSDM are good cooperation between employees, communication ethics and facilities and infrastructure, while the inhibiting factors are the limitations of the ability and skills of employees, especially in using electronic media and the lack of awareness of employees to improve their abilities, the findings of this research are the skills of employees, especially in the use of electronic media need boosted.&nbsp;&nbsp; </span></div> Muh.
