KINERJA APARATUR DESA DALAM PELAYANAN ADMINISTRASI DI KANTOR DESA BONE KECAMATAN BAJENG KABUPATEN GOWA

Abstract

The writing of this study was to determine the performance of village officials in administrative services at the Bone Village Office, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency. This research includes descriptive research with a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques consist of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the performance of village officials in administrative services in Bone Village, Bajeng District, Gowa Regency was based on performance indicators, namely work quality, work quantity, timeliness, effectiveness, and commitment. The indicators of quality of work, quantity of work, and effectiveness have been carried out well, but need to be optimized and still need to be improved on the indicators of timeliness and commitment because they are still not good. This is proven based on the results of observations and interviews that have been conducted. The administrative service process at the Bone Village office has been going well even though it is not yet optimal in providing guarantees for timeliness and commitment because the administrative service process is sometimes late and there is no certainty of time because there is no clear procedure.
