PENGEMBANGAN HANDOUT STRUKTUR ANATOMI JARINGAN BATANG TUMBUHAN DIKOTIL UNTUK KELAS XI SMA

Abstract

Abstract: Development of Handout of Anatomical Tissue in Dicot Plant Stem for Grade XI Senior High School. This research aims to develop handout of plant tissue structure on the concept of dicots stem anatomy and its relevance as teaching materials in class XI senior high schools which are valid and practical. The subject of this research were high school students of Grade XI. The process of developing handout of anatomical tissue of dicot stem was carried out using the 4D development model, namely define, design, development, and disseminate. The handouts that have been developedprovide information about the structures that make up the dicot stem tissue and its derivatives. The picture presented in the handout is the result of direct incision using the method of free hand cross section and the material in the teaching material is presented in a structured manner to make it easier for students to understand the learning material. Based on the results of research and discussion, the average value of each aspect shows 3.86by two validators for the validity value and is included in the valid category. The value of practicality was tested on two biology teachers and gained 4,9 value. It belongs to very practical category. While, the small scale test by 33 student of XI MIA 5 class of SMAN 11 Makassar over the handout received positive responses.
