Abstract

This study analyzes the application of role-playing techniques to reduce bullying behavior among students at Senior High School 1 Majene. The research issues encompass the portrayal of bullying behavior, the implementation of role-playing techniques, and their impact on bullying behavior. The research objectives aim to understand the portrayal of bullying behavior, the implementation of role-playing techniques, and their influence at Senior High School 1 Majene. The research employs a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental experimental design. The results reveal a high level of bullying behavior among students at Senior High School 1 Majene. The implementation of role-playing techniques achieves high participation, proving its effectiveness in reducing bullying behavior. The research population consists of 40 students in grade XI, with a sample of 12 students divided into control and experimental groups. Data collection involves the use of a bullying behavior scale, and data analysis employs descriptive and inferential methods. In conclusion, the findings affirm that role-playing techniques are effective in addressing bullying behavior among students at Senior High School 1 Majene. This conclusion serves as a foundation for the development of anti-bullying strategies in the educational environment.
