Abstract

With good communication, business people can sell their products better and can also avoid misunderstandings between both parties, namely business people and consumers. Communication is one of the important things in running a business or company. This communication can be interpreted as communication that is carried out verbally or non-verbally. Where this communication contains opinions, ideas, concepts and information. This communication can be done personally or impersonally. Business Communication is the exchange of information, ideas, opinions, instructions that have a specific target which is indicated personally or impersonally through symbols or signals. Communication roles such as Building Emotional Connections: Effective communication allows us to express our feelings, emotions, and thoughts to others. By sharing openly and honestly, we can build deeper emotional connections with others.
